What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure shopping cart which utilizes secure socket layer (SSL) technology to keep your information safe.

Paypal: Through PayPal, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. No account is required to use PayPal and your information is secure and private.
How do I check on an order I placed?
Order tracking is assigned to each package leaving our studio and checking the status of your order is easy.
Check your e-mail. You will receive by email, a tracking number, when your order leaves the studio. You can then visit www.USPS.gov and enter that number under the "track and confirm" screen.
Visit the Web site. Click on "Order Status" to view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required by law to collect 8% state sales tax on all orders shipping to a New York address. Orders shipped outside the United States are not subject to sales tax.
*Purchases paid for using Crystal Allure eGift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged when purchasing Crystal Allure eGift Cards.
Can I get a matching piece of jewelry?
For the few pieces in our collection that do not have a coordinating piece listed, as long as we still have matching beads in stock, we can certainly create a matching bracelet, earrings or necklace for you. Just contact us with your inquiry.
How Can I Get *FREE* Jewelry?
If you would like to see Crystal Allure Handcrafted Beaded Jewelry in one of your favorite stores or boutiques, simply contact us with the store name, address, phone #, and contact person's name. If they place an order with us, you will be given a special 30% off coupon code.
Do you offer custom ordering and design?
Absolutely! We would love to design a custom beaded jewelry piece for you. If you are interested in placing a custom order, contact us to begin the process of creating your special piece of jewelry. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders, prior to starting any work.
Do you have a paper catalog?
We continually strive to keep our beaded jewelry and gifts -fresh, functional and appealing for the most unique designs. As a result, much of our line is one-of-a-kind or limited edition. For this reason, we do not have a paper catalog as it would be out of date well before it reached you in the mail.
Rest assured, our website serves as our most up to date online catalog and new jewelry is added almost daily.

How do you ship orders?
For U.S. purchases, all jewelry orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail,with delivery confirmation, for a $6 flat fee. All orders leave our studio within 48 hours. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for transit time.
You will be notified via email when your order ships with a tracking number.
If you need overnight shipping or wish to add insurance on your order, please feel free to contact us for pricing (prior to placing your order).
*NEW* -We have added a FREE shipping option for all local customers living in Rochester, NY who wish to pick up their order. At checkout, select this option and you will receive free shipping regardless of your order size. However, you will need to pick up your purchase; it will not be mailed to you.
Do you ship internationally? If so, where?
Yes. However, at this time we only ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. We ship USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, to Canada for a flat rate of $12.00 and for orders shipping to the United Kingdom the flat rate is $14.00. Please allow an additional 6-10 business days for transit time.
International customers please note: The above listed flat shipping rates do not include customs/VAT charges (which Crystal Allure Designs does not cover).

What is your return policy?
All sales of custom, closeout, clearance, specials and sale merchandise are final.
Items may be returned in their original and unused condition for store credit (less shipping), within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to ship your return. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and original packaging.
It is strongly advised that you ship all merchandise pre-paid and insured (Crystal Allure Handcrafted Beaded Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages).
