Mary Kay brought to me three separate vintage Swarovski crystal jewelry pieces that she obtained through family inheritance and an estate sale (pictures #2 and #3). She loved the pieces but wanted to update them and make the necklace longer and adjustable. She was confident enough in my design skills that she left the finished design up to me.

 

We talked briefly about what things she would like to have in the finished pieces and from there I created a stunning three piece original crystal jewelry set, using 90% of the crystals that she supplied from the older pieces. Her vintage jewelry went from drab to fab!!

 

The challenge was to provide a removable charm pendant for the necklace and work around the fact that two of the existing crystals were no longer available. What resulted was a stunning 3pc jewelry set incorporating the crystal beads Mary Kay provided and adding more sterling silver and a few fresh new soft blue sapphire crystals. Now she has three pieces of jewelry that all work together and look like a set.
