Mary Kay contacted me to design her Mother of the Groom wedding jewelry for her son's upcoming summer wedding. She had already selected her dress. A beautiful deep navy colored dress with a beaded illusion mesh draped neckline.
Mary Kay wanted a choker, bracelet, earrings and a ring to coordinate with her dress. The choker style necklace would complement the portrait/off the shoulder style of her dress and her only request was that the earrings be kept simple and not be too long.
The finished beaded jewelry set features on both the handmade necklace and bracelet a gorgeous 2-strand filigree sterling pearl clasp, .925 Bali spacers, Swarovski Crystals and Swarovski Pearls in a lovely mix of blues and grey. The complementary earrings are finished with sterling leverbacks and the wire-wrapped beaded ring with sterling silver wire.
