How do I know what size bracelet to order?
No need to worry! We've written a few jewelry guides that will help you to know how to measure for bracelets, watches, anklets and even learn about different necklace lengths.
Can I order 'Out of Stock' products?
Everything sold at Crystal Allure is handmade by jewelry designer, Stephanie White, so there may be slight variations from piece to piece. I strive to stay on top of the inventory, however, if there is an item you're interested in that is listed as sold, please feel free to read our Recreating Sold Items and/or contact us and I would be happy to let you know if a particular piece can be recreated.
As well, some sold products are marked as 'Made to Order'. For these instances, it is possible the piece(s) can be custom ordered in a variety of crystals, stones and metals. Availability will depend on the components used in the particular piece.
How is my order packaged? Is it gift wrapped?
Crystal Allure handmade jewelry is packaged in a complimentary black organza gift pouch for an elegant presentation. Orders are then shipped in a yellow padded envelope or a flat rate Priority box, depending on the shipping preference you select at checkout. For gift purchases, no pricing information is reflected on the packing list/receipt.
Do you create personalized jewelry?
We do create custom jewelry, such as awareness jewelry, bridal jewelry, bridesmaid jewelry, wedding jewelry and prom jewelry. We also would be happy to create personalized jewelry -just for you! This jewelry would include birthstone jewelry, hand stamped jewelry, mothers bracelets.
Can I order multiples of a particular product?
If you find a piece of jewelry that you absolutely love and would like to purchase multiples of, for your wedding, fundraising or other reason, please contact us. It may be possible, depending on the availability of the beads and components used in that piece.
Do you have a printed catalog?
We continually strive to keep the beaded jewelry and handmade gifts fresh, functional and appealing for the most unique designs. As a result, much of the Crystal Allure line is one-of-a-kind or very limited in quantity. For this reason, there is no paper catalog being offered, as it would be out of date well before it reached you in the mail.
The website serves as the most up to date online jewelry catalog and new jewelry is added regularly. Subscribe by email and you will receive new jewelry and gift postings as they are rolled out.
Can I find your jewelry in stores?
At this time, we do not have a retail location. We offer our keepsake jewelry and gifts on our website and occasionally, through craft shows.
Do you have a newsletter?
Yes, we do and you can subscribe to the newsletter at any time from our website. As a customer of Crystal Allure, you will be automatically added to our customer VIP e-mail list to receive both our newsletter and promotional e-mails, from time to time. You have the option to unsubscribe or opt-out of the list at anytime.
Please Note: If you know you are on the email list and are not receiving the newsletter, it is possible the emails have been going to your spam folder. If you add our "sent from" email to your address book, this should fix the problem.
