For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to purchase from us using PayPal.
We utilize this payment method to process your online orders and to make your shopping experience with Crystal Allure Beaded Jewelry secure, safe and easy. PayPal will handle the encryption of your financial information to protect your identity, safeguard against hacking, and prevent fraudulent activity.
Your online order will show tax applicable to the destination to which your order is shipped, at current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. Crystal Allure Jewelry is required to collect New York State sale tax.
Note: No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for with gift cards may be subject to tax.
All handmade jewelry and beaded gifts are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Transit time varies depending on method selected (see below) and DOES NOT include Sunday or Holiday delivery. Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the day of the order. By selecting 1st class mail, the buyer assumes risk and indicates agreement to these terms.
Our studio is located in Rochester, New York and all available, in stock jewelry / gifts leave our studio within 3-5 business days of payment, with the exception of express and/or overnight requests.

Custom orders are always welcome! I am always excited to work with you on a custom design that has been personalized -just for you! Whether you are looking for a custom awareness jewelry, personalized mothers bracelet, bridal jewelry, bridesmaids jewelry sets, or custom prom jewelry, simply contact me to discuss your custom jewelry request. Depending on specifics it may be possible to apply multiple quantity discounts.
Before work can begin on your custom piece, either a $25 non-refundable deposit or payment in full, is required on all custom order requests. Customs orders must be paid in full before order will be shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales of custom, closeout, clearance, specials and sale merchandise are final.
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. All other handcrafted items may be returned, with prior approval (within 24 hours of delivery receipt), in their original and unused condition for store credit (less shipping), within 3 days of receipt. For items being returned from a free shipping promotion, a $3 service fee will be deducted.
Prior to sending your items back, please contact me for a return authorization and instructions on where to ship your return. Have available your order number and reason for the return.
Packaging for Returns/Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping costs on returns/exchanges. It is strongly advised that you ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope, box and insured. It is recommended that you request delivery confirmation so you know your return package was received. Crystal Allure is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
